You can buy our products via our online store, or keep an eye out for updates about markets that we’ll be at.
Are all your products handmade?
Yes. Everything on our site is handmade by me, Lucy Jane. I currently work out of a shared studio space but I'm hoping to have my own studio soon!
I bought several of the same items but they don’t look exactly the same. Why is this?
How best should I care for my Lucy Jane Ceramics items?
All of our items are dishwasher and microwave safe, but we recommend that you handwash them to prolong their life and keep them looking fresh.
What are your shipping rates?
Shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $13.
Do you deliver internationally?
How long does delivery take?
For orders within Australia, please allow up to 10 business days for your items to arrive once your order is processed.
What payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal payments.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Special care is taken to ensure that your order is in good condition and is carefully packaged to ensure its safe delivery. However, ceramics are delicate and accidents do happen in transit. If your item is damaged when it arrives, please contact us with images and a brief description of the damage within 48 hours of the parcel arriving so that we can discuss options for a replacement or refund.
What is your returns policy?
We don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind purchases or for damage after use. If your order arrives and it is damaged, please send photos and a brief description of the damage to us within 48 hours of receiving your order to discuss a replacement or refund.
Can I collect my order in person rather than have it delivered?
If you live locally to Sydney and would like to pick up from Randwick, please contact me to let me know and I’ll be happy to refund your shipping costs and arrange a time to collect. Please bring the confirmation of your order to collect your items.
Do you take requests for custom orders?
We would love to discuss your custom requests, so please drop us a line. We’re a very small business so we’ll only agree to custom orders that we feel we are able to truly deliver on - this will depend on what you are after, quantities and timeframes.
