Where can I buy Lucy Jane Ceramics?You can buy our products via our online store, or keep an eye out for updates about markets that we’ll be attending. We regularly attend the Bright Make It Bake It Grow It market and the Beechworth Farmers Market. Are all your products handmade?Yes. Everything is handmade by me, Lucy Jane, in my small home studio in Bright, Victoria.

I bought several of the same items but they don’t look exactly the same. Why is this?Every one of our items is handmade and unique. This means there may be variations in the size, glaze and colour of the items. This is the beauty of buying handmade!

How best should I care for my Lucy Jane Ceramics items?All of our items are dishwasher and microwave safe, but we recommend that you handwash them to prolong their life and keep them looking fresh.

What are your shipping rates?Shipping within Australia falls under two categories: up to 3kg is a flat rate of $15 per order; 3kg-10kg is a flat rate of $20 per order; orders over 10kg are calculated at checkout based on weight. International delivery is calculated at checkout depending on the size, weight and shipping destination. Shipping costs will generally be between AU$20-$50, but could be higher. You may have a limit to what you are able to import to your country before you are required to pay duties or additional taxes, so please check this information with your customs office before placing your order. Lucy Jane Ceramics is not responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply, or for any delays caused as a result of customs.

Do you deliver internationally?Yes we do. While we try to keep our products as light as possible, ceramics can be heavy and bulky. As such, international delivery is calculated at checkout depending on the size, weight and shipping destination. Shipping costs will generally be between AU$20-$50, but could be higher. Please note, you may also have a limit to what you are able to import to your country before you are required to pay duties or additional taxes, so please check this information with your customs office before placing your order. How long does delivery take?For orders within Australia, please allow up to 10 business days for your items to arrive once your order is processed. For international delivery, please allow 15-20 business days for your order to arrive.

What payments do you accept?We accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal payments.

What if my item arrives damaged?Special care is taken to ensure that your order is in good condition and is carefully packaged to ensure its safe delivery. However, ceramics are delicate and accidents do happen in transit. If your item is damaged when it arrives, please contact us with images and a brief description of the damage within 48 hours of the parcel arriving so that we can discuss options for a replacement or refund.

What is your returns policy?We don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind purchases or for damage after use. If your order arrives and it is damaged, please send photos and a brief description of the damage to us within 48 hours of receiving your order to discuss a replacement or refund.

Can I collect my order in person rather than have it delivered?If you live locally to Bright, VIC and would like to pick up your order, please select 'local pickup' when checking out. You will then receive an email when your order is ready for collection. Please bring the confirmation of your order to collect your items.

Do you take requests for custom orders?We would love to discuss your custom requests, so please drop us a line. We’re a very small business so we’ll only agree to custom orders that we feel we are able to truly deliver on - this will depend on what you are after, quantities and timeframes.
