shipping
Shipping within Australia falls under two categories: up to 3kg is a flat rate of $15 per order; 3kg-10kg is a flat rate of $20 per order; orders over 10kg are calculated at checkout based on weight. Once your order is processed, please allow up to 10 business days for your item to be delivered.
International delivery is calculated at checkout depending on the size, weight and shipping destination. Shipping costs will generally be between AU$20-$50, but could be higher. While we try to keep our products as light as possible, ceramics can often be heavy.

You may have a limit to what you are able to import to your country before you are required to pay duties or additional taxes, so please check this information with your customs office before placing your order. Lucy Jane Ceramics is not responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply, or for any delays caused as a result of customs.

returns & exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or items damaged after use.

All items are checked to ensure they are in good order before they are carefully packaged and sent to you. However, should your order arrive damaged, please get in touch with images and a brief description of the damage within 48 hours of receiving your order to discuss a refund or a replacement.
